By the end of Minor project I would like to have completed the pre-production process.
This will include:
-All character fully rigged and textured.
-A series of concept painting showcasing the characters personalities as well as mood and colour.
-Design the environment (Playground) and model all asset to go in it.
-Physical clay sculptures of my character.
Hey Douy - you need to factor your 'animatic' into Term 1's schedule too - this is important because the functionality of your characters/animation requirements will associate with what you're getting your characters to do on screen - even if what they're doing isn't 'narrative' in the '3 Act Story' sense. I think you need to know what the destination is for your characters as early as possible because it's not yet clear how your audience is going to encounter your characters or indeed get to know them. For example, there's sense that these guys might actually speak or vocalise perhaps - or musically (in terms of collaboration) they might have their own leitmotif (specific theme that accompanies them on screen); what is the picture frame around these characters - how will they perform their physicality - is something like this...

It would be good for everyone to know.
I think you need to commit to your vision for the final offering, Douy - not least because in so doing you'll figure out, in terms of your role as producer, if you need additional talent with which to collaborate.
