Just a quick composition thing - when the cell is inside the dark spaces (i.e. M phase) you should just pull the camera out a bit further so the whole cell is situated comfortably on the screen, as at the moment, the frame is cropping his bottom. You only need to come out a little bit to make this shot seem more purposeful and tidy.
